We have rebuilt a lot of these engines with standard SKF ball bearings and they run very quietly compared to the original, but after a while the damage to the bearing race occurs from the current passing through the bearing. Now we have used ceramic bearings and are very satisfied with the solution.

Replaced all bearings and all noise is gone.
It’s a quite big job to replace because you have to remove and disassemble the gear reduction box but if you take your time and know what you are doing (remember that you are working on a EV with a high voltage system) it is doable to do in your own garage.
Thank you for the quick delivery.
